ABOUT TASHAY
Tashay Davis Thrash is a powerhouse speaker, Business Analyst, and advocate for women and young people entering the tech space—especially those who never thought they’d belong. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and training, Tashay brings both heart and strategy to every room she enters.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Computer Science and is certified in Salesforce Administration, ITIL 4 Foundations, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. After a bold mid-career pivot from customer service into tech, Tashay now uses her story to inspire others to chase possibility over perfection—no coding required.
